CPSO USED FABRICATED EVIDENCE TO REVOKE DR. AKBAR KHAN’S LICENSE ON JUL 15, 2022

We have observed the behavior of the CPSO for over 8 years while they investigated Dr. Khan’s practice and his use of gentle cancer treatments including SEF chemo. Despite hard data from over 600 cycles of SEF chemo, CPSO acted criminally together with Dr. Richard Tozer, Dr. Annie Huang and Dr. Eric Bouffet to fabricate evidence which they used to prosecute Dr. Khan. We have the documents to prove it!

MICHAEL CODE REPORT ON CPSO MISCONDUCT

In 1999 criminal lawyer Michael Code (now a judge) reviewed CPSO investigations into 10 innovative Ontario doctors. He concluded there was evidence of obstructing justice, systemic unfairness, bias and repeated abuse and misuse of power by CPSO officials. Criminal charges were never brought against the CPSO and no accountability mechanism was ever put in place to prevent future abuse. Click here to view and download the report.

DR. KHAN’s Testimonials

Being a physician myself (Pgy3 psychiatry), I have much higher standards for professionalism, integrity, honesty, communication, clinical skills and knowledge, and Dr. Khan has always far exceeded my expectations in this regard. Dr. Khan was always extremely thorough, providing appropriate informed consent…I am aware of the findings against Dr. Khan including incompetence, failure to maintain professionalism…Dr. Khan is one of the few physicians who I trust with my care and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

I have owned a technology company employing over 30 people since 2007. After meeting Dr. Khan, I found him to be very engaged. He understood my concerns and offered solutions to assist me. He was very open and honest with me and I appreciated his style of communications. I considered him to be a very ethical and skilled doctor who was open to new ideas on how to support my medical concerns…Despite these proceedings, my opinions of Dr. Khan remain the same.

I left specialist appointments feeling misunderstood and frankly treated with very little respect only to be left on my own to figure out my next step for supportive medical care. Dr. Khan was prepared for my appointment and had put thought into what he could offer. He explained my options thoroughly…He is then using his professional knowledge and experience to move me forward. As a patient I greatly appreciate this approach and level of care. I left my first appointment feeling respected by a doctor for the first time in a long time.

…two examples highlight the exceptional abilities Dr. Khan has demonstrated to me as a doctor. In my opinion and based on my experience, he has treated me with respect, listened to me, never pushed me towards a particular option…I think very highly of Dr. Khan as a physician and my opinion does not change despite the findings of the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal.

As an RN, I have seen everything good and bad. Truthfully, I rarely meet a doctor that impresses me more than Dr. Khan. He has a wonderful caring attitude towards his patients. His knowledge is above any beyond many other doctors I have met…The College needs to ask themselves if they are concerned about patient care…we can’t afford to lose good doctors like him.

I am aware of the findings against him, but they have not changed my opinion…I started seeing Dr. Khan in November and by March, my bloodwork has almost normalized. My pain is manageable and mostly gone, I am able to take care of my children again…In comparison Dr. X, did not care how or why my liver enzymes were better…she said she’d have to stop seeing me as a patient because I don’t follow her advice to take the immune suppressants.
